Making time to find balance and rebuild energy after birth is one of the best things you can do for both your body and your mind. The Mamawell postnatal series is here to support you through that journey.

You’ll find 8 guided workouts to help you reconnect with your core, strengthen your body and gently lift your fitness. This isn’t a rigid 8-week plan - the sessions are designed to grow with you and can be repeated as your energy and recovery progress.

 

From the very start, you’ll have expert-led videos on breathwork, core activation, pelvic floor, posture, gentle stretches and more. You’ll also find specialist sessions from physios and experienced instructors, plus The Extras section, full of education and insights to help you feel confident and informed.

A quick warm up and familiarity with the full-length workouts is recommended if doing these sessions. The short workouts are perfect for when you're time-poor, or would prefer to do an accelerated or self-led warm-up.
