ABOUT MAMAWELL
Mamawell was born out of Rosie’s own postpartum journey, driven by her passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life. From pregnancy to postpartum recovery and into perimenopause and beyond, Rosie’s mission is clear: fitness isn’t just about moving your body - it’s about the whole package of positive knock-on effects including better sleep, mood and overall health.

As part of the Women’s Health Collective, Rosie has graced the cover of Women’s Health Magazine, written articles for publications such as The Times, and regularly contributes her expertise to highlight the importance of fitness for mental health. She’s been invited to sit on panels, appear on podcasts, and share insights on building an online fitness brand, juggling motherhood with entrepreneurship, and more.

With her professional fitness background and years as a dancer, Rosie’s workouts combine resistance training, cardio, stretches, and mindfulness to create a well-rounded approach to fitness. Every session is designed with care and expertise, ensuring you’re not just moving but moving well - and feeling the mental benefits too.
