Exercise doesn’t need to be punishment! With Club Mamawell you’ll find variation, motivation and the JOY of feeling energised and confident when moving.

Rosie Stockley - Founder of Mamawell

Rosie is a women's fitness specialist training women of all walks of life and fitness levels over the last 15 years. After the success of her pregnancy and postpartum programmes, Rosie wanted to inspire women who are out of the postpartum recovery period to get stronger week by week in a fun, supportive community. And so Club Mamawell was born!

Rosie's experience in the gym inspires the weighted workouts, her love of functional training will activate your whole body and her dance background will ensure you're well stretched and every muscle is utilised.

Rosie injects her passion and expertise into every workout she leads. With a friendly, non-judgemental attitude, she inspires women to reach their goals with confidence. You'll be working out, discovering mindfulness, Pilates & yoga, maybe trying a recipe & chatting with the community - feeling great about your commitment to your fitness by being part of the club.
