I hope you enjoy these free sessions! Please always take care with home workouts to avoid injuries. These are a great way to get used to my style - and to see the variety of movement I use in my weekly sessions.

 

Some of these workouts use weights, some resistance bands and some no equipment. If you don't have weights, try with a water bottle or similar. These workouts aren't specifically programmed for pregnancy or postpartum, but a lot of the moves might feel great - so it's up to you if you want to try and see how you go.
