TRY A SESSION
I hope you enjoy these two free sessions! First up it's a quick full body session with 2 weights and an (optional) resistance band which is suitable for anyone NOT pregnant or still recovering postpartum. Second is suitable for all but if you're pregnant or postpartum just be slightly careful, for example you may want to put your knees down in planks, pause the video for extra breaks, reduce or leave out the weight. Please always listen to your body with home workouts to avoid injuries.
