TRY A WORKOUT

This is a lovely power flow that keeps you moving for the whole session. Incorporating stretches, mobility work and strength movements it's great for both the body and mind. Some of the core work might be a bit intense for pregnancy and postpartum, so if you're in those stages you're welcome to try, but work gently, putting your knees down and avoiding movements that don't feel right in your body.
