TRY A SESSION
These sessions are two of my recent favourites. The first is a totally energising one - we put the timer on for 20 minutes and do as many moves as we can in that time. You'll work your arms, legs, abs and get a bit of a cardio burn. 

The second one is a full body flow that promotes both strength and calm. Slow, purposeful movement, lots of breathing - but don't think you won't get a good muscle activation with it!
Lots of juicy stretches too - so nice!
