The MAMAWELL Method (Pregnancy & Postpartum specific):
The "MAMAWELL Method" is defined as an online video home workout series for pregnant or postnatal women. It is owned exclusively by Rosie Stockley and Mamawell fitness company and exists on the Mamawell website (www.mamawell.org).
The MAMAWELL Method offers pregnancy and postnatal women's health and fitness information. Postnatally, It is not advisable to start any exercise programme within 6 weeks of childbirth. Always obtain the advice of a GP prior to commencing the MAMAWELL Method. You should not rely on the information in the MAMAWELL Method as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional. During pregnancy you should be extra careful when working out. Mamawell accepts no lability for any injury, pregnancy complication or physical ailment obtained while working out with MAMAWELL.
You should always exercise in a safe manner. You should exercise to your own abilities. If you are concerned or know that you may have a medical condition that may affect your training before you use The MAMAWELL Method, you should seek medical advice prior to starting. Be very aware in all trimesters of pregnancy, particularly the first trimester, that exercise should be approached with caution.
