I’ve got two brilliant workouts for you to try – absolutely free!

Cardio & abs focus – This is a fun cardio circuit that will work the whole body - no equipment needed. We follow this up with an abs focus to fire up the core. I hope this workout brings you energy for the day ahead, it really worked its magic for me!

Full-body weights & cardio – A dynamic session suitable for all levels, from beginners to regular exercisers. I guide you through each movement with tips and advice, so you can make it work for you. No weights? No problem – grab a bottle of water or something similar!

Both of these workouts are designed to get you moving, feeling great, and building confidence in your strength and fitness. And if you’re ready to make movement a regular part of your routine, my programmes are here to support you.
