Hey everyone, I hope you’re doing well and if you were celebrating Easter that you had a great time. Just wanted to pop on and remind you that you have three new great workouts this week. Monday’s is already up and it’s a lovely arms, legs and abs burn. Wednesday will be a cardio blaster and to set you up well for the weekend, Friday will be full body with your weights and bands. Any special requests, please pop them in the comments below and I look forward to hearing how you’re getting on with the workouts so far. Also, have you tried and of the other videos? I’ve been finding them a great addition on quieter days.. Sending hugs for a great week, Rosie. X

Thanks to those who joined me live this morning for the first live workout - and I hope you're going to enjoy catching up. This one wasn't too much cardio - more about the legs, and definitely the arms. I was burning! There are 3 full length workouts up for you to get into, plus loads of other videos in the 'mind & body' section. Do check them out and let me know what you think. Sharing my sweaty workout selfie below - the feel good vibes after getting the workout done were seriously good! I'd love to know: who you are and what your goals are with Club Mamawell? No question is too silly or small. *Rosie can't give medical advice or diagnosis. She can help with: form, technique, general fitness queries, adapting movements for various reasons, motivation, energy. It's always worth asking, and she will guide you to a relevant professional where necessary.
