I know so many of you enjoyed your first taster session of Club Mamawell, so I decided to offer you another one! I always find it better to try things a couple of times to see if it's something I enjoy doing and will feel the benefit of.

This one is a bit of a hard one, but you'll feel amazing getting it done. it works the whole body in one big circuit which you will repeat 3 times - so you really keep moving nearly the whole workout time. You'll need your weights and a band. Suitable for nearly everyone, but if you're pregnant or early days postpartum please check out the specific
